Fitting the cleats
- Slide the cleat into the stile
- Use an off-cut of the rail profile to position the cleat
- Spot drill through the cleat for the No10 screw
- Slide the cleat away and drill the pilot hole
- Re-position the cleat and secure with screw
- Check-rail alignment with stile
- Drill 1Omm Dia hole through cleat for the tie rod

Tie Rod Preparation
- Cut the tie rod to the required length
- Dress and bevel the ends on a grind stone
- Wind the M10 nuts onto the rod to ease the nylon grip
- Remove the nut and keep to hand
- Use Draper Expert 17mm Reversible Gear Wrench for tightening the M10 nylock nuts
